FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we currently ship most of our items to most countries. You can read more about shipping here.

What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on most of our items shipping to the U.S.A. and some items for a fixed shipping fee (see details).

For all other countries orders are shipped by weight.

Why am I seeing an extra shipping charge for my order?
Some of our items require an additional shipping fee due to size, weight, packaging, and/or import costs. It is not cost effective for us to ship these items for free. However, you will always have a chance to review your order as well as any additional shipping fees before you place your order.  See more on shipping here.


Why are some items unavailable for international shipping?
Some items are simply too large and/or heavy to ship at a reasonable cost to other countries.  Additionally, some items ship directly from manufacturers who do not offer international shipping on their inventory, hence, we can not offer it either.  We try to note this clearly on product pages.

Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally we need to cancel an order because the item is out of stock, because the item can not be shipped to the country selected, or because the items can not be shipped via the method selected.  You will always be notified in these cases.  Be sure to keep your eye out for any e-mails from us.


Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Yes, in most cases you can cancel your order if it is within 24 hours after placing it. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we can not cancel and you can instead do a return as per our Return Poilcy. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more info.

Is your website checkout process secure?
Yes!  Our website uses the most current SSL encryption hosted by our Bigcommerce.com platform to protect your information.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.  See details on payment options here.


Can I add gift wrap and/or a gift message?
Yes!  Most items are eligable for gift wrapping.  You will see options available during check out.  If you choose the gift wrap option you will see a space where you can easily add your message.  If you choose NOT to gift wrap, you can still leave a gift message in our "Comments" box during check out.  And don't worry, we never include pricing on our packing slips!

How do I contact Customer Service?  I don't see a phone number.
